Most research on essential oils is anecdotal and unproven, so by saying that using these oils will boost your immunity, she's ignoring that these oils do not have any valid standing in the medical and scientific community. You don't go to the doctor for your child having the flu and walk out of the clinic with a bottle of frankincense oil, it's not proven that it's going to help them.
